Thailand is the 6^th placer in top coconut producers of the world, having my own country as the 1^st. It is no doubt that Bangkok offers a lot of coconut products including coconut ice cream. What I like about this is that the bowl is a coconut shell with remains of its meat. It is so simple but creative. And the ice cream is well-mixed with milk, sugar and some tiny crunches of ice.
