This kid is really something. Kids loves to perform because they love to be applauded and praised but we have to make sure they’re in the mood and it takes a lot of patience to ask them. This kid just went to the dancefloor and danced with arms raised and hips bumping. She even got mad when her parents stopped dancing with her.

Did your teacher in elementary asked you to have your parents sign your failed quizzes? Before I asked my parents, I should make an excuse first: “None of my classmate got it passed. The quiz was really difficult.”
But Mame only told me: “You don’t have to be like your classmates. If they all failed, you still have to have a passing grade.”
So, I guess, I have always live by that principle, “…but different”.

I had one plate each for rice and ulam, deserts (cakes and brownies) and appetizers (soup, fries, sushi). But I wasn’t able to take a piece of this sprinkled cake because it was only put on the long buffet center table when everyone was already eating and full. Argh! Sometimes, you just lose yourself before an abundance of foooooooods!
